2024 Delivered
I led the Copy Strategy for the latest Amazon Music product feature, 2024 Delivered, which took customers through highlights from their year of listening (music, podcasts, and Alexa). My role for included naming the feature (a result of comprehensive customer research conducted in partnership with R&B and Insights teams), writing and managing the quality of GTM and UX copy, and partnering with PR to define the internal industry and public-facing messaging strategy.
