I was responsible for managing the quality of and writing copy across all brand needs (O&O, PR, product packaging, commercial scripts), including the launch of 3 new products, most notably “Gut Feelings” and “Clear Skin” Probiotics, both of which outsold their predecesser “Good Girl Probiotics.” I worked closely with product and legal teams to fine-tune names and claims, as well as the GTM schedule and creative process. During my tenure, I owned the creation of brand guidelines, which included an updated mission statement and personality charter, copy and naming guidelines, and a glossary of terms.
