Maestro
I lead the copy strategy for Amazon Music’s latest product feature: Maestro, an AI playlist generator. My role for Beta launch included naming the feature (a result of comprehensive customer research conducted in partnership with R&B and Insights teams), writing all GTM and UX copy, training the LLM on our brand tone of voice (including writing and grading over 200 feeder prompts), and partnering with PR to define the internal industry and public-facing messaging strategy. My team continues to manage and update the quality of copy as the product evolves.
